BDE is a dedicated operations agency for experience management, events and track driving operations at Mercedes-Benz World at Brooklands. With an operational team of over 300 permanent, contracted and freelance staff and specialists, we are responsible for product design and development, guest experience, driving events, hospitality, planning, team management, recruitment, training, operations, safety processes, reporting and analysis, business development, and financial management of the Mercedes-Benz World driving experience operations. During 2007-2024 we provided over 800,000 driving experiences and over 10,000 driving events at Mercedes-Benz World and multiple off site locations. Our teams are also responsible for the call centre, hosting , simulators and events.
